8 DEADLY REASONS
WHY YOU SHOULD NOT
EAT MEAT

Meat has no nutrition value at all.
They are so toxin-laded with chemicals,

drugs, diseases, decay and bacteria.

Why do you want to eat of it?

We have been taught that meat is high in protein and iron, therefore, is good for us.  This is not true.  Whatever nutrition value meat has, is over-shadowed by the amount of toxins it contains.  We are in danger of too much protein intake than too little.  With proper intake of vegetables and nuts, our bodies will get sufficient supply of protein and iron.  We don't need protein and iron from meat.

Below are 8 reasons why you should eat less meat or cut out meat from your dietary (better), unless they are organic which is a rarity these days.  As you read the reasons below, bear in mind that these animals have no way to detox like we humans can.  Whatever chemical or inorganic substances that get into the animal bodies, stay in there, and we then eat of their meat.

# 1 - Meat Is Full Of Unnatural Drugs

In the name of profit, commercially-reared animals are fed and injected with growth hormones to speed up their growth.  Besides making the meat tender, these hormones are used to escalate the animals' growth and increase their milk or production yields.

These hormones which are estrogen-dominant, have been found to be linked to breast cancer, fibroids, ovarian and cervical cancer, and endometriosis in women.  In men, the common symptoms are prostate and testicular cancer, loss of libido, impotence and breast enlargement, just to name a few.

Antibiotics are also used widely on these animals to prevent infection and to enhance growth.  These antibiotics stay in the animals' bodies and later transfer to our bodies when we eat meat.  Overloading of antibiotics in our body causes our bodies' good bacteria to be wiped out, resulting in a host of colon and digestive problems that lead to colon cancer.

# 2 - Meat Is Full Of Chemicals

In this age, most of our fields are being treated with chemicals (artificial fertilizers and pesticides).  Grass-grazing animals, like cows and goats, eat of the grass and retain these chemicals in their bodies.

Artificial fertilizers provide no nutrient to plants, hence, no nutrient to the animals that eat them.  On top of that, pesticides when ingested by the animals, are accumulated in huge amounts in their bodies, which is then passed on to humans.  These chemicals are so deadly that research has linked them to birth defects in newborns, neurological disorders, various chronic diseases, serious liver disease and cancer.

# 3
- Meat Is Full Of Diseases

Most commercially-reared animals don't see the light of day.  Their lives are spent in crowded and cramped surroundings without proper ventilation and fresh air.  These are especially so of chickens.  They are not let out in the open thus do not get exercises.  In such poor, deplorable living conditions, these animals commonly suffer from tumor growths and other mal-formations.

Despite the large scale usage of antibiotics, the diseases cannot be controlled.  We may be eating diseased animals and be unaware of it, especially if you don't clean the meat and cook it yourself.  Even so, diseases in the meat may not be seen with your naked eyes.

# 4 - Meat Is Full Of Saturated Fats And Cholesterol

Due to the crowded and cramped living conditions of commercially-reared animals, they are fat due to lack of exercise.  Saturated fats when consumed, convert into cholesterol which can cause heart diseases.  Commercially-farmed animals may have up to 30 times more saturated fat.

Cholesterol from animal meats does not get broken down well in the human body, hence it lines the walls of the arteries.  Consistent consumption of this form of cholesterol forms plaque and hardens the arteries.  This condition, known as atherosclerosis, places a tremendous burden on the heart which has to work and pump harder through clogged and constricted vessels.  As a result, high blood pressure, strokes and heart attacks occur.

# 5
- Meat Is Full Of The Animals' Natural Body Toxins

Like human, animals have their own natural body toxins that are imparted to us when we eat of their meat.  Animals get frightened during slaughter, causing their body to turn rigid from adrenaline flow that add to the body toxins.

Other toxic by-products like uric acid and wastes are also present in the blood and tissues.  These all add up to become poison when meat is consumed.

# 6 - Meat Is Full Of Decay And Bacteria

As soon as an animal is killed, the carcass starts to decay.  Rapid decomposition and putrefaction take place.  A substance known as ptomaine is formed in the process that can cause food poisoning.  Not only that, bacteria also start to breed and in decomposing matter, they multiply by the millions very rapidly.

When the carcasses are being processed and prepared for the market, it comes into contact with fecal matters of other carcasses laying in the same pool.  Improper cleaning will cause the meat to be contaminated with the E-Coli bacteria that is a natural occurrence in cattle.  E-Coli contamination can be quite deadly to the young and elderly who are more susceptible.

# 7 - Meat Depletes Your Body Of Enzymes

Cooked meat has no enzymes to help with the digestion of the meat.  When you consume meat, your digestive system works extra hard to try to digest it. When the system lacks the required enzymes to do its work, it engages enzymes from other parts of the body to help out.  This quickly depletes the body's natural enzymes, causing a constant enzymes-deficient situation.

That's why, after a heavy meaty meal, you will feel lazy and sleepy. This is because more enzymes than necessary are consumed and are working overtime to digest the meat.

# 8 - Deadliest Reasons Why We Must Not Eat Meat

Meat takes up to an average of about 8-12 hours to be digested in a healthy person and can take up to five days for some people to eliminate it from the body.  As it takes this long time to elimination, the chemical, toxins, bacteria and diseases are in constant contact with the digestive organs.  These get absorbed into the blood and poisons the blood to our slow death.

Meat significantly contributes to almost all chronic or degenerative diseases that cripple our health and shorten our lifespan.  The diseases that are directly/indirectly caused by meat (in no particular order):

  • Cholesterol

  • High blood pressure

  • Diabetes

  • Osteoporosis

  • Heart diseases

  • Low immune system
